LAST deadline for RAD-TEST 2019 paper submission is delayed to April 12th!
Poster board size is 95 cm wide x 230 cm high. It is strongly recommended that the poster be printed on an A0 page (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in PORTRAIT orientation.
The venue for the 2019 RAD-TEST Workshop is Dubna city (Moscow region), Russia, RESIDENT HOTEL Programmistov street, 4, building 1.
If you want to book a room in the hotel, please contact the organizing committee. We need your first name, last name, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, sex, citizenship, date of arrival, date of departure, name of the organization.
Please e-mail the Workshop application form to the Steering Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org (Galactic Flow LLC, Russia) by April 20, 2019. Use the enclosed workshop registration form only (Attachment No. 1), in order for all financial documents (contracts and certificates) to be drawn up correctly.
Within the event we are going to have a tour to FLNR of JINR. Please note that visitors should apply for a pass using the enclosed application form (Attachment No. 2). The deadline for pass application is April 06, 2019 inclusive.

The official language of the workshop is English.
The cost of participation is 300 euro. The registration fee includes coffee-breaks, lunches, Gala-Dinner and the technical tour to Roscosmos Test Facilities.
Attendees (no more than one from a company) who are going to participate in RADECS-2019 can take part in the workshop for free.
The flight and accommodation are paid by participants personally.
The transfer from Sheremetyevo international Airport (SVO) to the venue is free.
All foreign participants of RAD-TEST 2019 should obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation.
